• Booking data — payment details (processed securely via third-party gateways; we do not store card numbers), travel dates, room preferences.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, browser type. Collected anonymously via analytics.
• Communications — messages sent to us via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To review and process your Loop application.
• To communicate trip details, updates, and pre-departure information.
• To process payments and send booking confirmations.
• To improve our website and understand how people discover WanderLoops.
• To send occasional updates about upcoming Loops — you can opt out anytime.

3. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary:

• Accommodation & activity partners — first name and dietary/health notes relevant to your trip.
• Payment processors — Razorpay or equivalent, under their own privacy policies.
• Visa assistance providers — with your explicit consent, for applicable destinations.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for all sensitive data. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services — and for up to 3 years after your last trip for legal compliance.

5. Your Rights

• Request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Withdraw consent for data processing (note: this may affect your ability to book).

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — primarily to understand how our site is used (analytics) and to keep your session active. No advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated policy.

These Terms & Conditions govern your booking with WanderLoops. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms on behalf of all participants in your party.

1. The Contract

A binding contract exists between you and WanderLoops from the date we send you a written booking confirmation. English law applies. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indian courts.

2. Bookings & Payments

• A deposit secures your spot. Remaining payments are due per the schedule communicated at booking (see Refund Policy for timelines).
• Submitting an application is not a confirmed booking until you receive written confirmation and pay the deposit.
• We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
• Full payment is required if booking within 45 days of departure.

3. Pricing

Prices are quoted in INR and include the items listed in each Loop's itinerary. International flights are excluded unless stated. Once your deposit is paid, your price is locked — we will not charge you more unless costs increase by more than 8% of the total trip cost (in which case you may cancel for a full refund).

4. Cancellation by You

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are issued per our Refund Policy (see footer). All refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. A 72-hour cooling-off period applies after deposit payment.

5. Cancellation or Changes by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a Loop if minimum numbers are not met (minimum 8 participants). If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to move to another Loop. In the event of force majeure (war, natural disaster, pandemic, government travel restrictions), we will offer credit or a rescheduled Loop — full cash refunds may not be possible in all cases.

6. Changes to Your Booking

• Name/spot transfers to another person: ₹7,000 fee, up to 7 days before departure.
• Switching to a different Loop date: permitted up to 60 days before departure, subject to availability.
• Maximum 3 transfers per booking.

7. Eligibility

• All participants must be 18 years or older.
• By booking you confirm no participant has a medical condition that would prevent active participation. If in doubt, consult us before booking.
• WanderLoops is invite-only and curated — acceptance is at our discretion.

8. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for holding a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
• Obtaining visas where required (we assist — we don't guarantee).
• Purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (strongly recommended, required for certain Loops).
• Behaving in a manner that respects fellow travellers, local communities, and WanderLoops staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, at their own cost.

9. Liability

WanderLoops acts as organiser for services provided by third-party suppliers (hotels, transport, activities). We are not liable for the negligence of those suppliers, or for loss, injury, or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is limited to twice the cost of your Loop booking.

10. Adventure & Risk

Some Loops involve adventure activities (hiking, water sports, etc.). You participate at your own risk. WanderLoops will not be held liable for injury resulting from voluntary participation in optional activities.

11. Photos & Content

WanderLoops may photograph or film trips for marketing purposes. By joining a Loop, you grant us permission to use group content on social media and our website. If you'd prefer to opt out, notify us in writing before departure.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to necessary data sharing with accommodation, transport, and visa partners relevant to your trip.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
